Frank finishes scrubbing his hair, and drapes the damp towel over his shoulder.

He goes to get a cider.

"How did it go? the santa job?"

"Volunteer gig. It went well. No one peed on me, that's always a plus."

"I would imagine" She laughs then adds "Kind of ye, da. Torin did something similar this year. I think you inspired him"

"That's nice of you to say, Siv, thank you. Done this kind of thing pretty regularly, when I can."

"I know, toys for tots has you onn their call list"

Frank nods. "Yep."

"You want anything, Siv?"

"For Yule? Bit late" A grin "But I will take some of that cider if you don't mind?"

An eyebrow. "Well, I meant a drink, yes." he pours a second glass.

"I know. That was me trying to amuse. failing perhaps." A somber seeming nod "Thank you"

"Welcome." He brings her the glass, not at all upset.

She takes it and sips. Cider is not her thing but it can be nice, and it's the company more than anything "Do you have advice for squire training?"

"Mm. Never had one."

"mm well, how abou when you were new to your house, and had to fit in with non liams? Anything I can do to help her there?"

He looks a little apologetic behind his beard "When I was new to the House, I was hanging out with other Liam. And then I was getting my CDL and getting over the road work."

"Kept mostly to myself after that." he sips.

"Fair. I want Kassidy to have more interaction of a positive nature witth others. She shouldn't endure a lot of shit just because her ancient King made a hard choice"

"How's her relationship with the other childlings?"

"Brogan is being surpremly .. open to her, given her house annd his. There seems to be a friendly rivalry?"

"Connor, of course, is a sweetie to everyone. Jack knnows she feels funny, but so do you, so he figures if it's He-Chief related, it's all ight" Amused there "Lane either doesn't notice or doesn't care. She's just happy to have a girl to pal around with. Lily is harder to judge"

Frank nods. "How's Lily doing? If you know."

"She's in a private school... but fae heavy. I'm temped to look into it. Her mom and dad seem happier of late. She herself has become a bit of a nomad, from Earth Runes to here to even the farm"

Frank nods. "On the whole, sounds positive."

"I try not to pry too much into Lily's biz. Symon seems to have decided she's kith he can tolerate, which is high praise"

"True."

"And, probably a good idea; never knew a sluagh yet that like to have its business pried into."

"Nope. That's why I'm extrra careful when I do."

She sips her cider then says "I best go help Kassidy with those canes. Love you, da"

"Love you too, Fishie...."

A smile at the nick name, and she gives him a touch on the arm, then goes to help her squire

And Frank sees Oak wag. Dogs are happy when their people are doing well
