To Mountain Frank, can't say I agree with you on this whole retiring early. When I picked you to stand in for me I didn't do it because you were a snappy dresser. You have carried on well and wisely and surpassed me in more ways than you know. If you're not one hundred percent sure, no shame in apologizing to Vali and telling him he's next in line and you're grateful he was willing but you have more to do as Mountain yet. I understand you think you're having a hard time reaching wilders. Well, Wilders are hard to reach, it's how they're wired. Wilders are hard to reach even for other wilders. Also you're not a camp counselor, you're the Mountain, you share our customs but you also guard against supernatural threats and keep the histories. I wasn't a 10 in every category either. And you've always been good with the childlings in my mind. That said, if you're absolutely certain this is how it goes? If you're still interested in troll history...might I suggest you run a pencil over some of my old notes about holidays and see what arises? You may find you have a quest left in you.
