She reaches, then stops. "Kin ah touch it?"

"Sure!" Dagmar offers it out. It isn't a small saddle - but then, neither she nor Star are small creatures. The mare's grace can be deceptive - Star can carry an armored troll.

Willy takes it, holds it properly.... and touches it. Feeling it out.

It does hum with magic - but even without, it is a nicely mad saddle. A solid horn and cantle - not entirely a modern western style, but designed for active riding.

It's a treasure! Something between primal and wayfare...

It looks like Willy might need a moment alone with the saddle.......

"I could show you how it works..."

"Huh?"

"I could show you how the magic works. Do you ride?"

"Yeah, I kin ride, but ....."

"So the mare was wearing this when....?"

"Well, we went flying a few times during the pregnancy..."

"So not while she was mounted?"

"What, just... proximity?" The nocker seems insulted by this.

"I mean, it could be something else? But neither of the parents are pegasi..."

"Are you suggesting spontaneous pegasis??"

"I don't know any other fae steeds with wings - chimera, yes, but not like Spark."

"Yeah, well, maybe they don't need wings." grumbled.

"I.. I don't know? I'm just glad Spark is healthy. I do worry he'll get hurt, he's not... very bright...."

"Fae steeds" Lavender says "Are actually pretty bright"

"Well, Spark is a baby. And babies are silly."

"Maybe."

"CJ is also silly, and also a baby."

"But he does not have wings" A pause "Yet" Dee chimes

"Yet." Grin.

"Who?"

"My little brother."

"So... not a horse?"

"No. Just.. I was makin' a joke..." She rubs the back of her neck.

"I thought it was funny" Dee assures the troll

"How the furk should ah know?"

Willy's attention is still mostly on the saddle.

Lavender is helping groom Spark, maybe getting a pin feather if allowed

"Careful - you touch those wrong, they can bleed. You gotta get the real ugly ones."

"I know," Lavender says being gentle and cooing

Indeed, it appears the nocker isn't the only one with tools of a sort. "THERE we go.." Spark gives a litle jump but decides he's okay "That's right little guy, that'll feel even bettter."

"Got a good one" She declares proudly "We'll use it for scrying if you ever need us too."

"In case he flies off... jeez..."

'Star would lose it if he did."
