A yipping! A yipping... and then a voice "Connor!"

He stirs! "Oh no! I slept over! I'm late for Pawtrol!" Pulling on pants - shirt on backwards, he slides down the stairs, bumping on his rump for speed.

"I'm ready! Who is invading? Where's Bugsmasher?!"

From the window "I need a hero! Paw covers are vanishing! The monster that has no shame! The beast feast.. the beast FEAST!"

What's this? A blue bag for Connor?

Does he know that voice?! A BAG? PEEK!

Socks!

Socks with little pawprints knitted in!

Not well... "Uhm.. Help? Woof woof? It's me your Impupster?"

He is busy sliding them onto his feets! Then the window opens "Sir, yes sir?"

The poodle pooka blinks, as if he were in a haze for an hour instead of second.. and Connor does recognize him, it's that poodle kid from Earth Runes

"Sock eating monster plays peekaboo with the wilumps and they're winning! I need a hero childthing to help get them back before the cottony feast of footwear brings DEATH"

"I don't have any hero childthings here." he admits, sadly. But then, perks up. "But... would Sir Dogmar the Just suffice? He is a Night of Getting-done."

"Sir Dogmar Hamboneswipe? The Leader of the K9nights who say Nip?" A nod "Yes. Please"

"Let me just leave a note." He finds paper, and sticks this in... the fridge. Where the best snacks are. It's where HE would look for a note.

"Gone to battle a monster in the Arf Ruins. Back for supper!" - Sire Dogmar

"Okay!" He shoulders his Bugsmasher, and grabs two of Kerri's muffins for the road. He hands one to Enri. "For Courage. It has blueberry in it, which gives Trolls their powers."

"Whoa" He says "you know, Thane Oswald has a blueberry colored lilght saber!" And he moves along

Connor trots after. Munching! The poodley boy looks upset, surely the muffin will help. And knowing that Dogmar Hamboneswipe is ON THE CASE.

And so they make their way by trods and doggie doors, to Earth Runes!
