"Has he? I'd missed that. Well, he's certainly not at the Lodge as often. What's the cause, do you know?"

"Oh he's here, but mostly to tend dad's books and take notes.. the Pillar stuff. But socially? His ..usual outlets are dead. He visits Adam at Earth Runes, because Adam is his best friend. But I think he doesn't have a regular romantic outlet. He knows some girls he can hook up with..but dating, romance? I think he kind of feels a bit lost"

"Well, perhaps locally, but if he's visiting EarthRunes on a regular basis....?"

"I've got contacts there still.. there's an Eshu he's dating.. or was.. but I think Adam is dating her two and he's backing off. Clearly still seelie.

Kerri frowns a bit. "Are he and Adam in active competition?"

"No.. I suspect it's more a..well,I got a theory. I think Zane wants a girl that's just his for a bit...but he realizes that's hypocritical as he'd likely still be on the prowl so... what you've got is a sweet guy who is being rather.. tepid? It's a good thing romance and or sex is NOT his passion. he'd wither"

"Oh, my. Yes, a satyr with that kind of conscience had better have a different kind of passion." She blows out a breath as she thinks. "Is he only interested in girls? I'm not sure where his preferences lie."

"I've only seen him with girls, yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything."

"Oh, I'd say the odds of him at least appreciating the same sex are strong" She nods "He seems to headwhip around girls more though..checks them out more."

A nod. "That what I'd seen, wasn't sure if he was different away from the Lodge. Well...that rather precludes seeing if him and Tig would be interested in each other." A faintly amused look. "It might have resolved both issues nicely, but honestly I doubt that's where Tig's preferences lie, either. So... that's two gents to consider."

"We ARE bordering on some amazing Fan fic though" A grin

The sweeping is getting done faster, of course

"And we're back to literature." A smirk.

Oh, it's certainly nearly done!

"Ha. Well, tell you what.. I'll keep an eye out for both, but maybe there's a lass at Earth Runes I can introduce Tig too or vice versa. They're not all bisexual polyamourous lions who are already party at the drop of a hat. I'll run her by you first to get your view"

"Fair enough. And I'll check in with Zane to get a sense of his mood. I'm sure you're right about what you're seeing. I'd like to see if Hearth-talk brings out anything more that he's trying not to show." She takes Siv's broom when they're done and puts both away. "You're doing well, yourself, I think?"

"I am very happy yes" A smile, a secret smile ..something she's not fully told

"Ohhhh?" A grin back at that smile. "And thereby hangs a tale, I think."

"A tale I am not sure folks here are ready for" She says "Least not mom and dad. Let's just say my love life has atypical touches and not worry"

"Well, I can't exactly say I'm surprised...but I'm glad you're sensitive to your parents' limitations."

"Never could fully hide something from you. Pray forgive. I think I should call Jonas and tell him what I'd like to do to him when he gets back"

A brief laugh. "Make sure he's taking his vitamins," she advises.

A soft laugh back "Oysters it is." And off she goes with a happy stride.

Kerri waves her farewell and heads back to the kitchen. Well...she starts back to the kitchen, then pauses. A glance at the bookshelf.

Oh, what the heck. She takes the book from the shelf and brings it to their bedroom to set it on her bedside table for later.
