"Do I look a mess?" Nadeen asks

"Nope. You look like an illustration. You always look pretty." Dagmar says as she tracks down some blankets.

"I should shower, would I be a complete bitch to ask for a bit of food while I shower?" Her eyes sparkle with hope that she'll be spoiled

"Seems it'd be easier to eat in a bath..." Mini-furrow. "What food would be good in a shower?"

She laughs "I meant.. sorry, I did say that wrong. I mean, I shower, and magically food is waiting for me?" Hopeful "When I get back ?"

"I can do that!"

"You're the best" And up on her tippy toes to kiss Dagmar before rushing off to borrow a shower

And Dagmar is off to the kitchen to fry apples in butter and cinnamon!

Oh the Hearth is the best, for Dagmar has everything she needs

Fried apples, and some hot tea, and oatmeal. Warm, comforting. Nadeen doesn't like too much heat, so nothing more searing than the cinnamon and sugar.

When Nadeen returns, she has a change of fresh voile, and has that 'comfy angel' look.

And she sniffs the air "Oh that smells good"

"You asked for apples!"

"I did, but I didn't think you'd make them so fancy." She looks pleased and Fancy is clearly NOT an insult

"Well... for you, y'know?" Blushing again. One of the couches by the fire is set up with enough blankets and pillows for two.

Nadeen gets some food and motions to the couches "Blankets for two? Good. I am cold" Lie, but the smile means it's not one of malice

"Oh, well.. I.. yeah, I was thinking.. um..."

She settles for a shrug instead, and heads to the couch.

"I like um" True and she joins her there.. and, Dagmar may find herself used for snuggling purposes

She can handle that!

"Thank you for taking care of me" A kiss and.. sharing apples, "Want to watch Legend of Korra?"

"Okay!"

And the two girls laugh with each other, and lean on each other and snuggle

life is good
