Sam shakes his hand.

As does Lupita

"Bit of trouble with the ponies? Bad bets?" He sounds concerned despite his jokes

"Uh.. horse rehab, needs help."

"Our steeds are well, but there is an issue with a rescue facility elsewhere in the county."

"To answer your earlier question, Sam...yes, both would need help."

The pooka frowns "Any on the dole now? I can get me spackle"

Lupe stares at the crazy guy but answers a question kind of asked "They're healed up.. physically."

"Yeah, well, the physical stuff almost always heals first."

"Well, healed up physically...." then she nods as Sam finishes the thought.

"Ah, seen too much, been there, lived it." the pooka frowns "Well, we veterans have to help each other out"

"There will be more to do.

A brow at the pooka. "You are volunteering?"

"If you'll have me, then Tucker P. McQueen, the same man who rode with Ned Kelly, is at your service. You're going to have to do hush hush stuff... no lound booms bangs or ring tones.. horses are not fan of drums, wood winds? Those are okay. But loud noises after a rough life takes a while."

Lupe whispers to the Chief "Chief. Would this guy make more sense if I had that glow? Or is he still hard to understand?"

"They... yeah, no, they wouldn't like loud noises. Even Star gets spooked by surprise sounds, sometimes."

A wry grin to Lupe. "Just as difficult, either way. Listen for intent, not words."

Lupe makes a face that expresses 'weird' but nods

Then Brekke nods to Tucker. "Then yes, perhaps you will be able to assist as well. I will arrange for you to visit there. This may be a matter of musing, but doing so carefully."

"Gives me a headache, too." Sam confides.

"For the mortals, I mean, of course."

"I'm highly amusing" he nods "But, with your permission I'd like to finish up my tour of duty here another night ? Be prepared, that's the Scout motto"

"You want me to go up, too? You think some folk from the Farm would be interested?"

"I absolutely want you to go up. Perhaps Sylvi as well, and she can bring word to the Farm after we have a sense of the situation."

"We really appreciate this.." the way she says 'We' is clear she means the Garou

"And Connor, too." Firmly.

"And Connor," she agrees.

Lupe nods "Hey, any help is welcome. Tell little howler he's in if you guys say so"

Then a serious nod to Lupe. "It is good that you brought this to us. We will keep you informed."

Lupe nods "Ah.. gracious. I'll be in touch. " Then "Thanks to you too, Mister Tucker."

"She'll be right" The Pooka assures

"Well, if anybody can heal a heart, it's the kid."

"Mm." A nod. "He knows to be quiet and careful with those who have been hurt."

She nods. "And he's good with the horses, too."

Brow furrow. "We'll have to hide his marks, though."

"Do we?" Tucker grins "Oh well, fuddle de dee"

"Mm. It can be managed." Brekke nods agreement with the pooka.

"I think it will be good for him, too."

Lupe gives her a friend a pat, "Text me later? I gotta go. Just had to tell and run"

Brekke nods, then hefts the bags of feed to put them away properly in the stables. She then tends to Stormwake prior to taking him out on a ride patrol.

"Sure. We'll get a team up there!"

Stormwake is eager to go

Lupe grins, almost wolfishly

And Tucker goes back to the fire

Once it's just Lupe and Dagmar again, She says "Walk with me to the edge of your land?" An offer

A nod. "Yeah. Sorry, I'm never sure how it all works."

"Yeah you pixies are weird" She says "But you know we got our litany and I'm not always sure when I'm crossing a line there either"

She nods.

"Well, I don't want you getting in trouble."

"Appreciate it" She glances at her friend's shoulders "LIITTLE bitty pixie wings. Great big shoulders"
