"Drink enough, and you could just forget everything that sucks."

"And then puke yourself back to remembering what sucks plus vomit" She grins "there IS a downside. "

"True." Sigh.

"Tell you what though.. if.. WHEN the dragon dies? I think I'm gonna try it. I'm gonna get plastered"

"Drunk people are dumb. But,,, dunno. You know?"

"Dont' want to get hooked on the life yeah" She nods "But sometime maybe."

"Just getting away from being this for a while, yeah. Cut loose."

"You might like Tijuana. Dangerous as hell... but pretty colorful. Lots of folks could use some trolls"

"Lots of people I don't know."

"Either. Sometimes it's nice to be someone else is that it? "

"Fancy."

"Yup. Getting easier to make it last longer and I can change it so I look like.well, other ethnic groups, a bit shorter, that sort of thing"

"I just... I mean, I dunno."

"Right now, I just feel stuck"

"Been there" She shifts her head and it fades, "Neither of us in on patrol. You wanna go somewhere?"

"Sure?"

"no problem. Pick a direction" She gestures

"West."

"Right. We sail west... or trod west. Which one?"

"...Trod?"

"That a question or an answer? " A smile "Trod it is. Let's walk. My ship is safe in a jar"

"Always."

"This means my mad sailing skills well not safe us" A grin "So you better grab flyswatter. I'll get quill"

"Sounds like a plan, sure."

And they do, and rejoin at the trods

"So... what now?"

"We go west.. we don't plan, we don't pick a spot, we go to wheere the trods end up.. more or less"

"Very you." A grin.

"Well, minus the ship" A grin, "And we just go some place where no one knows us from anyone else. And we see what it's like? Maybe get into an adventure, maybe help someone, maybe just get into trouble."

"Trouble." A nod.
