A tight nod. "It is in Feathered Serpent. Siv...you can get her there with the Kestrel." The urgency is clear in her voice.

"It is not, you are right. Then the third....StarBear?"

"Or Mist's Edge, yes."

Siv nods "I'll go right now"

"StarBear's Baron is Sidhe, as I recall? Not a Lodge."

Yes. A Gwydion noble.

He goes back to take Brekke's hand, Her steady mountain.

"He'll go after lodges, " Seana nods "Trolls are hsi favorite... ah.." The clurichaun coughs "meal"

A tight nod. "Yes. I...remember." She looks to Siv.

"Mum.. the dragon won't be around for three moons. Let me go talk to her."

Brekke shakes her head. "Jessica must know, but your father is right...Renaissance is not a lodge. But Seana must deliver her message to Mist's Edge. Can you bring her there, Siv?"

"Aye. I can and will" siv says

"Squire Colton, are you at liberty to travel with them, to speed and defend their journey?"

To the boy's credit ,he casts only ONE Wistful eye i nthe direction of Sylvi's window, then he says "Of course, Chieftain. My liege is a fried to Rivervale, as am I. If Giants must rise, I will be among them"

If Brekke notes the glance, she doesn't comment on it, but nods approval. "We will count on you, Squire."

"Frank...we must look back on the old stories. And...I believe I have new memories to share with you, to add to the records."

That grim look seems like it will ride her features for a long time.

Seana bows "Then we must be off. Honor to you, Chieftain of Rivervale. Would that we had met under better times but this is not that story I fear. " She turns to Siv "Captain, lead on, please."

It pains him, but they have both borne pain separately and together before this. He nods.

"Siv...be safe."

"This way " Siv motions Then stops, look at her parents, "Forgive me Chieftain. One more duty before I go" She moves to hug her father, then her mother... and she whispers to each of them. 'I will be well. And I thank you for the trust. We will be well'

Seana's brows shoot up at this display of troll affection then she smiles.

Colton looks stoic

Brekke holds her daughter tightly, perhaps a moment longer than is wise, and does a good job at hiding the stab of fear that comes as she lets her go.

Frank hugs her back.

"You've got your dross and phone?" He can't help it.

"I do, and spare on the kestrel beside" she assures, then moves towards the ship calling out "Kiya! Kestrel! Get ready to fly! We've a mission!"

Imagination, surely, but one can almost hear in the near dreaming something akin to a bird of prey's resounding response.

"Check the forestay line, Siv. Be sure it is not fraying," Brekke calls out after her.

Siv salutes even as she leads Colton and Seana on...not bothering to tell her mother she did it yesterday during a STRONG moment of temptation. And she is awash with many feelings, including an odd guilt Oh sweet Dreaming I demand a chance to fly and you send THIS as reason for me? Maybe I need a humbling, but.. DAAYUMN... overkill much? Since you seem to be listening, let me be clearer- You or the Dragon will take me before yo u take either of my parents or Rivervale. Ye ken me? I cannot command you, but if you're listening anyway and granting wishes, well, there you are! "Colton, help raise the..." Her orders are lost as they get to where the ship lays.

And while they might hear Colton say 'Aye Aye Captain' that's really it... leaving Brekke to recount her refound memory before it fades again.
