Dagmar focuses , electricity pops out of her finger tips...not doing much else yet...but getting there!

"Behold the power of DAGMAR." She stares intently at her hands - surely, that was a spark!

YUS, yes it is!

Sparks dances from one hand to the other! Connection!

"mmm... good." Jaymes says from his spot observing.

"Good? I bet she's gotten further than you did in the same amount of training" Tove tisksat him, "that's wonderful Dagmar"

She startles. "Oh, hey!"

Tove is all better now, but stayed an extra day, and then went back to her dad Torin, but she's been visiting more than ever, almost every night

"Just wait until I can make real thunder. BOOM."

"DOn't over due it too much when you learn. Blow out a window, or maybe hurt a visiting sluagh's ears"

The last from Jaymes then an admission "But yeah, Boom can be fun."

"But maybe not useful beyond being cool..."

"Oh, it's got a use..it's like a good way to send a message to friends you might need help," tove says "And as a Skald I can tell you sometimes it's good to be a bit theatrical"

"Like when a wrestler comes in. Dramatic entrance."

"Exactly," Tove says "And sometimes, cantrips are just fun." A wink

"Flying sounds like fun."

"Does it? " Tove smiles

"C'mon, who doesn't want to fly?"

"Well, maybe we can get you flying early. You know folks can can cast cantrips on others, right?"

"Frank said, yeah."

"You want me to find someone to send her flying?" Jaymes raises a brow "Tove, what if she doesn't come down?"

"You know, until splat" He makes a motion.

"I'm pretty tough."

"Gravity is tougher" He says

"Jaymes, she's going to have sense to come back down after ten minutes. She'll feel the cantrip ending. Come on, she's itching to try it. " tove says "Maybe we could all three go flying together?"

"I flew in the Bubble, that was fun..."

"Don't remind me" Jaymes says

Tove pats a hand along his shoulder "Don't be such a grumbler. What do you say?"

"Dagmar, do you want to go flying if I can arrange it?" Jaymes asks

"Sure!"

"But not while camping, right? We are totally normal humans while camping.."

"Exactly, it will have to wait till after that" He says

Tove looks surprised "Camping?"

"Brekke said I could go with her YMCA people."

"We're going to learn how to orient."

"Oh, I didn't know" Tove says

She bends down, still taller than Dagmar to smile at her, "Okay. I didn't know when you were leaving so I'm glad you told me. Does this mean I should take you to a movie or shopping or something before you head out?"

"Yes!" Enthusiastic agreement, then... a pause and a look at Jaymes. "Yes?"

"Because you checed, Yes" He says

"Ant Man? Can Symon come?"

"If it's okay with Tove and Symon's parents"

tove grins "Okay."

Then Tove asks "But I'm a bit old to be asking my father..."//"You know what I meant" Jaymes says

"Maybe you could come too, if Tove agrees."

Tove ponders "I don't know...what if he's all scowly and mmmrr faced during the movie?"

"I'm not scowly, i'm just not a smiler" he says

"He smiles, it's just small."

"Like, in his nostrils."

Tove breaks into a giggle
