Max catching the rays.

Yes, I am still here with him, so I cannot focus yet, but I am looking forward to lurking all the stuff

“ no pumpkin pie for me, just the whipped cream, caramel, and sprinkles, please”

As I am not a fan of pumpkin pie myself, that's... that's brilliant

I do like pumpkin pie, just with an obscene pie to reddiwhip ratio

Some pies serve chiefly as a whipcream conveyance device

exactly

...I think Thistle is my black coffee girl

Ah! No worries 🙂

She has enough color, she drinks her coffee BLACK

(Only way the Nevers will leave it alone)

Heh

I do recall a Citrine Sugar cube incident once vaguely

the Nevers, bless, are unstoppable

Didn't Marigold have to free one from a container once?

likely

If you like we can fade to story time and relaxation, and later when it is possible and if you both wish it, Rae can have Symon meet her near the place or what not. 🙂

It was really nice to stretch Dagmar legs

And remember WHAT she's gunning for on Quest

I'm glad. I don't plan on lingering TOO much in Glitterdwell so while this starts in Summer it might end up in a montage mode where she learns how to settle disputes and make rulings, learns more Gwydion Lore, and yes, about some political stances. She's already had an encounter IF I recall with the Voice of the People (or whatever it was) faction that's pro reformist

Yeah - we don't need to play out "court & ettiquette" lessons, but Dag does actually want those

She'll get em. The good news is Knights really DO have it 'easier' on some of those. A lot of kneel and nod ("Smile and wave boys") but the higher ups face more intricate moves as a rule

Yup!

But Dagmar is also self-aware enough to know that she's not just training to be a knight. She wants to be a Chief.

Oh then she's come to the right place. Even if she prefers to do it more a Troll way than a Gwydion way, this is a Great place to spend EXP and buy up your Leadership score.

Yeah - Chief is a long term goal, because she wants to earn her stripes first, be "worthy" of it. Feeling more connected to her house as a whole is shorter term, because Bergen county is a bit insular, and she's not interacted THAT much with sidhe courts

True. And Hemlock tends to have 'courts for all' or closed off entire sessions, not much "Gwydion style" that I have seen

Though he DOES make mucch of his house

Amity's short term goal? Acquire a bicycle without letting on to her parents that she wants one

Cue Mission Improbable Music!

she KNOWS her parents feel bad about how much stuff was lost

They do. Then again, she's got a Piskie dad. Maybe he'll steel a good one!

Piskies borrow

True. He'd give it back 🙂

Mom could MAKE one... a Solar one. Flaw, breaks don't work at noon!

brakes*

Lord, if Egon gets a bike before she does.. yes, he's a centaur but still

Because Egon's the baby

Of course, Samhain's coming

I don't think Amity is overly seelie on a good day

Truth. I forget, did you pick out a legacy for her?

not yet!

I shooould

she doesn't have a hseet yet

No worries. She's a work in progress and you have a few plans. I think Direction sense was one of them etc.

Yeah. Thinking Eidetic Memory - tricky, since recounting what she remembers has to pass through pooka filter

TRrue

Hugs Pardon, but I need to log off for at least an hour.

But it was good to see you again so to speak and thank you for the RP 🙂
