Nom indeed! I enjoy BBQ and even BBQ flavor.

Ham BBQ for me is very specific because I like a 50-50 mix of heinz chili sauce & BBQ sauce. And it needs to be chipped ham, preferably Isaly's. "Good" deli ham doesn't cook right, you need the fat and salt.

And it was yummy. And messy.

But, like, Isaly's and Heinz is very much a Pittsburgh thing, too. So, like, there's expectations?

Ah, Regional pride! Yeah, I can respect it. If I ever go to Chicago I'm sure to be arrested for putting Ketchup on a hot dog.

Yup. Heck, now a days sometimes restaurants are only a little more so might as well get the real deal instead of fast food.

We have this place that does a killer burger & fries for $9

no soda at that price, but hell

i went to a lebanese food fest last weekend

What's it like? Never tried that sort of food (I am not adventurous)

okay, I am trying to find the one pumpkin casserole, but it looks VERY complicated to make

shame, because it was delicious

anyways, they had falafel and shawarma and these spicy meatball things called kefta and greenbeans with whole cloves of slow-roasted garlic

I have a friend who I think would love the green beans done that way. I may suggest

The green beans were good, but the pumpkin thing was incredible

like, the "crust" was bulgar & pumpkin, and the filling was mostly spinach, and the sweetness of the pumpkin was balanced by the sour of the filling

Okay, that does sound fancy. I'm not a pumpkin fan but yeah.
