Oh geez. Change of plans. My housemate's mother has had a medical incident. Now my friend and another housemate are going to drive over 300 miles to help since my friend's siblings are...well, kind of useless and her mother put off seeing a doctor forever. Thoughts, prayers, good energy for my friend and her family welcome.

Mr D, I'm sorry to hear this. This is the same housemate's mother who was living with you all for a time? I lost track.
I was having tummy issues and was feeling weirdly disconnected mentally, which is why I wasn't on. Better-ish now (just in time for the weekend to end). I'll try to check in during the weekend. hugs to all.
