I'm glad she's under care. I've had a 105 fever. Not good.

And I'm pretty good right now. Kind of a crazy day. There was an assembly scheduled for Spanish Heritage month, and the kids were just kind of being crazy all day with the adjusted schedule.

Something that simple makes them think it's party time in the halls or something.

How many assumed Spanish equaled Mexico?

Probably a fair number, but we do have a sizable Hispanic/Latinx population, so at least there's that much exposure.

Fair. I have heard of some amusing anecdotes (Thus questionable I know) where some white person has said white people shouldn't learn Spanish because its cultural appropriation. With a WTF from anyone knows where Spain is. 🙂

I would have been able to, but now I'm also splitting my attention texting with a coworker who's going through An Issue. Can't say I'd be able to concentrate on gaming, sadly.
