Okay. NOT as bad as I thought. My parents may still bitch when they read the text (I tried to call but mom's voice mail is ALWAYS full) but it looks like instead of leaving in an hour and driving for hours, we'll be getting up tomorrow around dawn and driving for hours. So one fewer night with my folks, not so bad really, but they may get cranky about it. Housemate's work has been bombarding her right before the weekend and now she's so deep in catch up she can't leave until then.
