I'm 99% sure he was up for about 20-24 hours in the last 24. He was cleaning the house at 8:30 this morning and Thing2 said he was up on his computer at 5 when Thing2 got up, so..........

When I found Thing1, I got him to slow down, stop, take a hot bath, take some chamomile tea, chill.... and he drifted off in the tub. I got him to towel off and cuddle down in my own bed. Gave him three hours of sleep from 1130 or so.

It's not insomnia and I dont' want it to be; his work hours are bad enough for now. He needs to keep his schedule.

No! No, he's good about that but there were complaints from Thing2 about driving style. Thing2 is an expert, you see, since he doesn't have his license yet. So. Solve that crap fast with a little nanny device.

And that wasn't even the issue today. But he needed to STOP and REST but he couldn't... so I helped. And he slept for 3 hours.
