I'm okay. This week absolutely kicked my butt, partially because the zepbound makes me not eat as much, and my body's still adjusting to that.

What kind of temperatures do you expect in a "normal" Tennessee winter? (and I know there's no such thing as "normal" weather patterns anymore, but....)

Actually this isn't far off from what it is SUPPOSED to be... but in the last ten years it's been warmer and while I don't want climate change in summer, I got a bit spoiled

Apple TV which we have temporarily... and it won awards so some critics like it. An American Football coach is brought in to coach a BRITISH Football franchise. A culture clash begins, but Ted is... so darn nice and HIS idea of coaching is making sure his team becomes the best PEOPLE they can be, win or lose
