Hi, all. Checking in. What I thought was going to be two hours of baking turned into five hours (WHY did I think it was a good idea to do a tiny lattice top on 24 mini mince pies?), and then other household prep stuff knocked me out. I'm lucky in that I don't have to hang out with any family I don't want to for this holiday. I'm sorry for the frustrations some are having. I'm sending you all a BIG heartfelt hug.
