I acknowledge that it's kind of wasteful, really? Like.... neighbors on BOTH sides have 'em and they're all over the neighborhood but with litigation and liability, it disincentivizes anyone to let other people use their pools and it's a 30 min drive to any public rec pool and.... yeah, I really WANT that kind of feature. And it WILL increase the property value. So. Yeah.

Remember, none of us know where our coats are. If we have coats. Seriously, my teens don't have winter coats; the best they could do in a pinch is layers of long sleeves and a windbreaker over the top.
