I don't want to think about how badly tomorrow can go

I have a couple projects I'm working on that I could have done better with; nothing disastrous but not my best. I was dwelling on that, trying to figure out next steps on one of them, and got an email from someone involved and it just didn't hit right, so I was obsessing about that. And it was Newsletter Day, which takes all day. And I hadn't got feedback on a couple posts I needed to get on with, but I don't want to bug my boss. And there's the regular day to day work.

Oh yeah, and there's tomorrow/next 48 hours.

Was the Email passive aggressive or different vibe than that?

That all sounds irritating, but yeah, I'm curious about the email.

The email was perfectly fine, but I was reading into it. The upshot of it was "Here's what this person does, here's what I do, going forward let's agree to do this...." but I was reading it as "Hey stupid, get your shit straight and stop bugging me and wasting my time."
