Feeling cranky for no good reason

Been there. I sometimes try a hot shower but that's not for everyone

I acknowledge I -am- tired, and a nap would do me good, but I fear I wouldn't sleep at bedtime tonight and it would just repeat itself.

Mmm.. set an alarm or would you snooze through that too?

or thirty minutes to be supershort with the nap
