LONG phonecall with folks. Father is annoyed with me. Mother talked a LOT, but I did the good son thing

That was a relatively low-stress and pleasant day. Boat tour of a very toney area of town, visit a 1 room museum, farmer's market stroll, and lunch at a wee cafe down the street. A little walking, a little fresh air and sunshine, and home.

ALSO.... Thing1 did his first independent errand. He researched, planned, and did the week's family grocery shopping which INCLUDED driving himself.

Glad it went well!

It was a good time. And I had a BURGER For dinner!!!

Excellent. I am somewhat stuffed from a roast beef and potato dinner

Ok, well.... It was ground turkey. And minced mushrooms. But it had a slice of swiss cheese!!

Roast beef and 'taters is da bomb.

I have a vfriend who would love that (She loves the fungi)

I mean, they went through the food processor and mixed into the ground turkey; 'invisible' mushrooms.
