Ok.... going to eat this salad for lunch. I welcome your thoughts and prayers in this challenging time.

I ate a salad for lunch the other day. Like... a week ago? Still mad about it

I was full but angry about it

so unsatisfying

(there are satisfying salads, but generally those are at restaurants)

Kale and brussel sprouts, and they wanted the sprouts to be RAW but I noped out of that. Roasted 'em. Chickpeas, avocado, a tahini sauce. I mean... I'll be full. And REGULAR.

raw shaved sprouts wouldn't be that terrible. Still not great

and you could save on petrol by propelling yourself by farts

Something to look forward to.

To be fair, the dressing, which is more of a paste, is pretty tasty.

Ok... I made, like, MOST of a serving of the salad as written, ate about half of it before I was full (enough). I skimped on the kale and eyeballed the sprouts, used all the rest of the ingredients. And I have to go out later so I have packed my am and pm snacks that are uneaten. And I will bring water.

How's new job going?
