Mr. D, $0.02 worth? I used to feel the same way about asking people to do stuff; waiters to bring extra (whatever), delivery people to move stuff, mechanics to check XYZ.... What helped me out was to think of it as/realize that these are professionals, experts at their jobs. That's why they have the job. So it's not so much inconveniencing them as trusting them to be mature about the work and have pride in it and satisfy the (reasonable) customer (me).
