DH knows he should eat more salmon; we all should. But the Things won't touch fish and he's not fond of it. I can eat it but it's not my FIRST choice. So.

I'm not a big lover of fish myself I admit. I mean, I Like the occaisional captain D's/Longjohns but that ain't the healthiest take on it. Still, letting them try different flavor profiles to see what works best for them sounds smart

I love my red meat and carbs far too much. Must work on it

Yeah, every time I reduce portions for a few days, I drop my guard and eat large plate full of whatever without thinking about it. Oh well, Work in Progress

i like fish

I like shellfish; crustaceans, shellfish. Fish, less so. I like a standard tuna sandwich but ya got mercury concerns. Aldi has good salmon filets, frozen, single servings, easy to prep. I like smoked salmon on a bagel.

Meijer does this cook-and-serve salmon meal that's great. Salmon, wild rice, brussel sprouts & a nice sauce. Unwrap, toss in oven, eat

I can't bring myself to eat Octopi, did once, not bad, rubbery but tastey

Then I made the mistake of watching shows on how SMART scientists are learning octopus are and I'm like "Shit." Too late for Pigs. I like Pepperoni too much

Octopus has a sproingy texture, not my favorite, and they ARE too smart to eat
