So we have a client who signed up in 2010 for a website project. And we finish the site, sometime in 2011. Mind you, they start paying the hosting fees from signup because it includes the storage where the new site is being built, even though it's not 'live'.

Then they sit... and sit... and sit, without launching their new website. Just a coming soon page up.

Finally, sometime in 2022, they cancel the account and stop paying $600/year for hosting they aren't using.
