My upstairs neighbor is moving out and one of the offers they got on their condo is a person with 2 dogs and 2 cats. The bylaws restrict to 2 cats or 1 dog, 1 cat… they are asking for an exemption

They claim that the cats are both Emotional support animals

Some of us have a lot of emotions!

And that there might get paperwork for one if the dogs too.
