As in arriving. A new dog for the household, helping a friend of my housemate. Jerk ass soon to be exhusband told his wife he'd keep the dog (her new place doesn't allow pets) then changed his mind and threatened to shove dog in a shelter. Housemate'ss old friend called in a panic, and... here we are.

Right. I'd caught up with most of that before, but I wasn't sure where we were in the process, if dog was already on the way to new home after you.
