Whew. I am... ambitious. I have accomplished spiced pecans and peanut butter cookies. Tomorrow I will make marshmallows and hot cocoa mix. I still have on tap to make choc chip cookies, two different kinds of crackers, Florentines, sugar cookies, and... I forget. Probably something else.

Oh, I have made one batch of caramel almond popcorn and have one more to go but not tonight. Out of butter.

This is the first Christmas since we moved into the house here that I've felt I have the reserves to even ATTEMPT more than the very smallest minimum. Some years, not even that. So....
