because of my age (which mainly affects the possible health of the placenta) they won’t let me go into labor or past 39 weeks with a breech baby or attempt to turn him in utero. So I just have to hang upside down and hope

Downside of life right now is not unexpected but still sad. Our dog is 16 and I think in her last week. She's not eating much at all and seems dazed and disoriented a lot

Oh, I'm sorry, Mr. D. That's so hard.

Not as hard as it should be, though I feel like an ass saying it. I love her but she was put in our care too soon after the death of another dog I loved dearly and I didn't have time to grieve properly for the last one. We took Bel in because her owner was moving to a place that didn't allow dogs. At the time I was 'meh'.. .poor girl deserved better . Mind you, I have three housemates so she got spoiled fine and loved. I'll miss her, but I don't think it will have the same punch when it happens.

Well, thank you. I have my doubts on the personal level but as a group, yeah. One of my Housemates, adore her, she does not like giving up on animals. She won't let them suffer mind you, but she'll make sure. Dog gets bloodwork tomorrow
