Now that I've got the average, day-to-day posts on lock, I'm being given new subjects that actually have weight and worth to the business and being told "Ok, now explain that to everyone."

The first year in -this- role I spent putting together a calendar for this year. Now I'm at the point where the cycle of the year is starting to repeat itself and all I have to do in some cases is update things. A far cry from writing from scratch.

The wonderful part of that is because of it, I have time to dedicate to digging into these new things and figuring them out.
