Once upon a time my parents came to visit the fam in Italy.

They left the checked bags..... at home. Only brought the carry ons. And the meds were in the checked bags.

That was the trip we realized they couldn't travel anymore.

I am allowed a checked bag, but in Amsterdam we need to switch airlines
