I know you bike a lot

so I told my neighbor he could put his bike on our lil rack which is between car and gate closing aparatus, but to be careful

later that same day his bike (which he had put UPRIGHT?) falls over and the bike rack got mangled in the gate closer

LUCKILY the gate is okay. That would be expensive to fix

I ordered a new bike rack for the board to put on the other side of the lot. There's not much room around.

But seriously, I had MY giant bike there for ~3 years with no problems

but MINE is a man's beach cruiser and is a BEAST

When I was biking to work in Columbus I had a second-hand Giant that I loved

I inherited it from my last condo building, some former tenant abandoned it in the building

it weighs about 50lbs

road bikes are around 15-20 for comparison, and mountain bikes 25-30

sounds about right

I ALSO hauled that beast (it was a mountain bike with a rack) up three flights of stairs. That was an interestng year.

Work is only like 4 miles, but the road is not the most bike friendly

Ugh! That's why I set up a lil rack, because we're on the 2nd floor, and our bike room is down a twirly narrow staircase

I only haul it up/down 1xyear

Hm. Internet says it was under 2 miles from home to work, at that apt

Another reason biking was more feasible, because downtown columbus had this one really awful left turn
