They advertise a business center, which I actually could use. It's a desk and chairs. For any other business service you have to have the front desk to do it. And do you think they have someone at the front at all times? No they do not.... because they're running around the first floor doing what they don't have enough people to do.

100% correct. I submitted the maintenance needs list verbally and the next day in writing; the maint. guy who was just here on an ENTIRELY unrelated issue was unaware of it. That's kind of indicative, really.

So on the plus side, there's an indoor pool here, and it works. Small, but fun. I picked up some floaties and toys 70% off and it was well worth it. 2 of the floaties are ring-types. One of them is a pineapple wearing sunglasses that Thing2 is fond of called "Ness." The other is a flamingo. I have named it "CJ."
