We call it 'frozen copout' Rae, and as the parent of an infant you're going to want some on hand.

We have lots of that! When we make something we freeze a portion halfway. Brats and Italian sausages? Cooked, frozen just need to sear on grill or toss in sauce. Meatballs formed, frozen raw to simmer in sauce, etc
