God Niece drama going strong... good news and bad mixed

Oh, they're older than that. Grown women approaching 30

Long story short, Four apartment mates. Older God Niece, her lady fiance, and younger god neice, and another friend of theirs. Fiance gets news she can move to west TN in two years to a 3 bedroom house and pay $600 rent to own option. God Niece #1 is all for it. They announce it...at the same time... God Niece #2 hears about along with others. Is upset she found about it like everyone else. Which I can't blame her for, though she would have had a bad reaction anyway. God Niece #2 immediately looks for new place to go... early like in 6 months.

Now that will leave 3 people stuck paying 4 person rent for the extra time. Fiance maybe able to go 1 year earlier with God Niece #1 and Friend. God Niece #2 staying here (as she doesn't want to move to small town) buuuttt.... a lot of time even on reduced time for plans to go awry

So God Niece #1 imo should have told her sister before telling everyone else. God Niece #2 shouldn't have let her feelings be an excuse to back out on a pact to help share the load for the remaining year or so. Love em both but gah

And their mom is going to miss Daughter #1 and Fiance a lot, and worries about them. She worries about Daughter #2 (who has anxiety issues herself) but it's not her older sister's job to be her support group and we know that. But we do hope support networks will be in place (including us). And their mom (my friend) also worries about a lesbian couple in a small town in very red Tennessee

Anyways on one hand it's great news for them. On the other hand, it's worrisome on many levels.

I would be super worried with gay kids in TN right now, ngl
