🙂 I'm good. And this is another night where I'm appearing so late that I'm probably not on enough to game before I need to crash. But I'm going for longer intervals between crashes, so yay!

I'm a little emotionally deflated, too. I was doing some grading, and discovered that one student had made up 5 assignments. I was all excited...until I saw that all five were completely plagiarized.

Not even cleverly plagiarized. The answers didn't have anything to do with the questions. They just found a study website about the short story in question, found a good-sounding line of analysis, and slapped it in as their answer.

My college-level and AP kids are mostly really solid. But most of my 11th graders are basically sweathogs, at best.
