I'm trying to cut down my own caffine before bed. I don't always resist

I tend to stay away from heavy caffine after 10 am. Sometimes a lil tea or something in the arvo.

I just keep finding stuff to do as I'm on the way to bed and then I sit up reading or something. Stupid but....

I'm sure. But it would require headphones and it would keep me up. I need to turn things off, lay down, and close my eyes.
