Now, WotC is looking at a new set of rules. These rules are more restrictive, and even contain provisions that if you use their game, you must pay them royalties for the privilege.
They are simultaneously ending the first set of rules, without negotiations; all those fun games made using the first set of rules can no longer be sold unless they agree to the new rules and pay WotC royalties.
They are doing this without talking to anyone who made games using the first set of rules and taking their business into consideration."
