slow. I've been waiting for feedback from our developer re: sites I need to approach for redesigns for... 3 months now?

I can't send proposals until he reviews their custom items

and I'm twiddling my thumbs

I hate that. I mean... good that YOUR stuff is 'done' but wait until it becomes urgent and then have everyone panic?

It's no so much that it will really become urgent, but... when I make sales, I make commission

I will say this for my New!Job - my boss is responsive to what I send for approval and it's TOTALLY OK for me to remind her about pending items.

and also, I hate having nothing to do. I don't want to ask for more work, because it will be terrible I am sure 😄

If I make noise about not having any tasks, I'll be set to something awful like cold calling
