A particular victory for me was when DH asked if we could add lime juice to yogurt for a key-lime flavor he enjoys. My thought was no, it will curdle...then I remembered a glaze/sauce I made for breakfast during the week and we tested it.... HE LIKED IT! The glaze/sauce was lime juice, confectioners sugar, and a couple pinches of dehydrated ginger. BOOM.
