I mean, if I hadn't been used to 2nd Ed, I'd probably say it made more SENSE

there was a lot of nerfing in C20, when CtD was already kinda underpowered

I would also accept "attribute or art level, whichever is higher"

I sometimes just pick an attribute and say "there, you're the attribute for New Art now)

Problem is the new arts don't have attributes assigned 😉
