Green salad with beats & goat cheese & candied walnuts (I skipped those), then rolls with these delicious yogurt spreads, then a cucumber salad and more bread and this.. bacon spread? 🤤 , pulled pork and "carbonoa" chicken - poached then fire-seared, and dessert was aforementioned bread pudding and also a custard which I did not try
