Got up, called folks. Tried to find out when they want to meet today on their way back

got a whole lot of 'we definitely want to see you on our way back' ...yeah, when? "Well. and mmm we'll let you know when we head there " kind of thing

Which... well, during travel, flexibility is a thing. But it would be nice to ballpark it? Like... 'we won't be near until after X am/pm so not before....."

Not the shower. My mother called. Apparently they were planning on dropping at another locale today to pay respects to my grandparents on Dad's side. They're not sure how they'd fit all things and get home by dark so told me that if it was okay they'd not see me today.

Of course I said yes.. and my anxiety abated, all is good

then mom said "Ohh but we'll probably be heading up this way more often"

I have no idea if they mean once a month, once every three months or what. If they mean it more than once a month I'll be very twitchy

Well. Try not to give too much head-space to things that haven't, and may not, happen. ((hug))

The shower success is two-fold; 1. I am cleaner and more comfortable and 2. I was able to shower SOLO without clocking my head, and so can do it again.

Takes a while, have to be careful, but... success!
