I "fixed" our front faucet for the condo building. Very proud

Water was spraying out all around all sides of the hose, plumber quoted high 3 figures to replace the spigot and interior line

I put a new $0.25 washer in the hose and connected it - it was still spraying out a bit, then I realized there was a kink or block down the line in the wound up hose reel. The water was backing up and had no where to go but out

That said, it probably DOES ideally need replacing, but now it WORKS

new sod + no water = dead sod
