Ok... Thing2 is home with sniffles & cough, slightly elevated temp. ((sigh)) School notified and I'm home today for those appointments; finally washed and dressed, a few projects touched, and I'm leaving at 10 to take care of those.

I am planning on doing SOME seated yoga daily while healing. And once I get my foot back, more gym time until the second surgery, then repeat. Assuming it's authorized, of course.

Well, nothing else to do till 1 so....

And, that's a purposeful choice. Figured I'd get here and knock a lot of the prep out, meet with the doc. So far I have info for pt transportation if needed (can't drive with a foot out of commission), a knee scooter, and a call-number for the labs.
