Today's fun...part of our union contract is that, even though we have pre-scheduled faculty meetings, the principal is required to send out an agenda at least 24 hours prior. Since our meetings are scheduled for Mondays, that means she has to send them out on Friday...and she almost never does.

So the union has finally had enough. All tenured teachers were informed not to go to the meeting. So...I'm kind of bracing for the fallout from that.

I like my principal...but I stand with my union.
