Well... yes. You were clear enough. But the Baron's plan is set and they're sharing it. He used Backward glance (And other stuff) to find her possible bolt hole. The spy /GGoblin look alike heads out to that spot where the SC will make contact with her. Something Something Profit

I suppose it would be better to say the Goblin didn't know as much as the Baron wanted, but he got that mcuh from her
