Chocolate peppermint trifle; choc cake, choc and white choc pudding with peppermint candy sprinkles in it, whipped cream, more cake, more pudding and candy, then peppermint whipped cream and more candy.

Yum

The nice thing is, you can do everything in advance and then assemble when you want it and it looks impressive as all get out.
