Okay, I just scanned through some of what was above...I don't think Rae was eating a bowlful of tiny sandwiches in her dream. I think they were regular-sized sandwiches, but she was troll-sized, so they looked tiny, and she had to eat a lot to build up her strength for something. <-- my theory
